Heritage Elder Law & Planning, PLC is an experienced elder law firm focused on helping Michigan residents protect their health and property with Medicaid, estate planning, veteran’s benefits, guardianship, and more.

For those who have a loved one in a nursing home, or who may go into a nursing home in the future, expert legal services are needed. There are sound legal strategies to permit such persons to save a large percentage of their assets while qualifying for Medicaid long-term care. Doing nothing to protect yourself or your loved one could mean a loss of all assets or an entire inheritance. Trying to understand and apply for Medicaid law without the help of an experienced attorney could lead to even greater problems.
